About the Position

We are looking for a Talent Program Coordinator to join our growing Digital Learning Lab. You will be part of a team that is passionate about building a better Canada and embracing the diversity and talent of Canada’s growing population. You are adaptable, keen to learn new things and ready to work in a fast-paced environment. This position is open to candidates based anywhere in Canada. 

 

You will report to our Manager, Pathways to Digital Jobs, and work in conjunction with the Foresight and Talent Development team to support the success of our Pathways to Digital Jobs initiative and the Digital Learning Lab overall.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate project management activities, resources, documents and information
  • Break projects into actions, set timeframes, needs and outcomes
  • Work with the Digital Learning Lab team to identify and define projects requirements, scope and objectives
  • Help prepare and maintain project documentation, including budgets, contracts, reports and plans
  • Help analyze risks and opportunities across projects and programs
  • Support the development of a project pipeline, including through Calls for Projects and building relationships with partners
  • Act as the point of contact on projects and communicate project status to Partners and stakeholders
  • Issue appropriate legal paperwork (e.g. contracts and change orders)
  • Use tools to monitor working hours, plans and expenditures
  • Administrate and manage our team’s use of project and data management tools (Asana, Salesforce, Dropbox)

 

Attributes & Qualifications

  • You are motivated, detail-oriented, and good at managing your time
  • You have experience or interest in Learning & Development, adult learning, curriculum development, competency frameworks design, or organizational learning and design
  • You are tech-savvy. Ideally, you are proficient with Salesforce, Asana, and the Microsoft Office suite
  • You are collaborative and look for ways to work across different departments and teams
  • You are continually learning and improving your craft
  • You thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with lots of change
  • You are fluent in English, and it would be awesome if you were fluent in French, too
